I am Boglárka Mátyási, founder of Wineself Coaching. My life is a canvas woven from colourful experiences that have led me on a journey of self-discovery. Over the years, I have faced many challenges, but I have never stopped pushing my limits and evolving. Despite self-doubt and uncertainty about my own potential, these obstacles have helped me to become who I am today.

Sensory explorations. Since childhood, music has been my faithful companion, bringing me joy and comfort. I am passionate about exploring different musical genres, playing instruments and singing my heart out. My love of travel and culinary adventures reflects a deep connection with the world of the senses. I enjoy discovering new tastes and flavours and am determined to explore the world with an open heart and mind.

But my real passion lies in the world of wine. For me, wine is more than just a drink; it is a mission to help others to immerse themselves in the subtle details of aromas and flavours, using wine as a metaphor to understand the depths of their own lives. As an expat living in Switzerland, I share this journey with my family, my two beautiful daughters and the stunning Swiss landscape.
