Wine & Lead is a premium, personalised leadership development programme that offers deep self-reflection and leadership learning through the experience of wine tasting. It’s a coaching space where wine is not just an accompaniment, but an active tool to deepen thinking, approach decisions from a new perspective and strengthen your leadership identity.
